Ode à la Rose

Absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish! The customer service was exceptional — responsive, professional, kind, and incredibly attentive. They were very helpful in coordinating my order and making sure everything went smoothly. The bouquet was beautiful, exactly as pictured, and my friend absolutely loved it! The delivery was also perfectly timed, and I was able to be there when she received it, which made the moment even more special. I’m so grateful to the entire team for helping me create such a beautiful surprise from afar. I would absolutely recommend Ode à la Rose and will definitely order from them again! 💐❤️

Ordered flowers for my daughter’s birthday. They had a large selection and prices were reasonable. Only issue was vase was not included in the price. The flowers were delivered promptly in the selected time slot and were absolutely beautiful and fresh! I especially loved the orange calla lily.

The flowers arrived in poor shape and barely a third opened after a week. Definitely did not justify the price. The only reason I am giving two stars is because the delivery was timely and in a solid box. Flowers were of poor quality before they made it into the box.

This is the wrost flower shop to deal with. The delivery was crappy and don’t talk about the flowers. My sister ordered it for my birthday which was yesterday and it would have been my Mother’s Day also. I could have gone to the road side and got something better. The roses were already dieing and they were arranged as though a five year old did it. You are very expensive and your standards does not worth the price. I will never recommend them to no one. She placed this order all the way from Canada and when I sent her the pic she was vry mad. Do not buy from them. They don’t even deserve a star but I had to give it. Judi…

Update: company was great and sent another bouquet. However, flowers not much better than first bouquet. After 2 days most were dead or dying and flowers never opened. Received a bouquet for Mother’s Day today. The saddest bouquet I’ve ever seen. Roses and peonies are dying and brown. Looks like a dollar tree bouquet. Trust me don’t buy!!
